Significant Recruitment efforts, key focus on IT, programmers, BI, IoT and Cybersecurity, call centers across multiple cities in Spain as well as middle management.

Increase employer branding through employment forums, job advertising and HR Marketing.

Coordination of learning and performance management initiatives as well as employee opinion surveys actions, share of 91.3%.

LIDL is the German global discount supermarket chain, operating in over 10,000 stores across Europe and the United States. I worked in the logistics platform that managed over 1,000 employees across Murcia, Albacete, Almeria and Alicante.

SEF Training project, training logistics professionals through theory and practical courses.

Ferrovial is a Spanish multinational company involved in the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of transport infrastructure and urban services.
